UGREEN Nexode 65W 3-Port Charger
Research-based review

UGREEN Nexode 65W

Worth Considering — One charger for everyday devices

Main advantage
Charge several compatible devices from one wall charger.
Main drawback
The 65W maximum is shared across ports; cables and charging protocols affect what each device receives.

Best for: People whose laptop and smaller devices fit within a shared 65W power budget.

Skip it: Laptops requiring more than 65W or buyers expecting full output from every port at once.

Value candidate

UGREEN Nexode 100W 4-Port

Not yet fully reviewed

A four-port alternative with a higher total power budget.

The catch: Read the port-allocation chart and use appropriately rated cables; maximum output is not per-port simultaneous power.

Is this right for me?

Choose it when: A laptop and smaller devices need more shared power than the 65W model.

Premium candidate

UGREEN Nexode Pro 160W 4-Port

Not yet fully reviewed

A feature-led charger for higher-output USB-C devices and a multi-device setup.

The catch: Check the exact four-port model, cable rating and power sharing; extra wattage does not benefit every device.

Is this right for me?

Choose it when: A high-demand laptop makes a larger charging budget useful.

Scope: Nexode 65W, two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. This is a research-based buying assessment using manufacturer information and the outside source identified below. Buy If Works has not carried out a hands-on test of this product.

Product and model: what you are buying

The Nexode name covers many chargers. This page uses the 65W three-port model with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port as the reference. UGREEN describes GaN technology and shared power distribution. It is not the retractable-cable, desktop or higher-power Nexode version.

What the outside evidence shows

ChargerLAB published a 2022 video teardown for a Nexode three-port 65W charger. This is an engineering reference for that generation, not proof that every current regional revision performs identically. The accessible article does not contain a complete written heat or sustained-output dataset, so we do not turn it into a numerical charging benchmark.

Where it fits in everyday use

List the combination you use most often, not the maximum number of ports. If a laptop is nearly always connected alongside a phone, evaluate that two-device arrangement first. If most charging happens overnight, convenience and connector fit may matter more than peak power. Where charging continuity matters, ask how the exact model reallocates power when another device is plugged in.

Strengths and trade-offs
  • Two USB-C ports and one USB-A port can consolidate compatible devices.
  • Model-family engineering reference available from ChargerLAB; no universal performance claim made.

Power sharing, protocols and cables determine speed. Regional revisions differ; sustained heat and output have not been independently established for the exact listing here.

Ownership costs and practical checks

Budget beyond the purchase price

Potential up-front extras
Suitable USB cables if they are not included or your existing cables do not support the devices and charging power you need.
Repeating costs
Electricity while charging. This review does not establish a measured annual energy cost for your devices or usage.
Check before paying
Compare the charger plus the cables you need. Check the local plug version, multi-port power allocation and seller return terms.

First-year planning: delivered product price + required extras + the consumables, optional plans and energy you expect to use.

A cost checklist, not a live price quote or a measured annual total. Check local prices and your selected bundle. Manufacturer product / support details ↗ · Checked 11 October 2026.

Compare the local plug version and the cables needed for the intended charging rate. Replacing several adapters is only useful if the single charger supports the devices in your routine. Do not assume all “Nexode 65W” products share a distribution table, body size or included travel accessories. The retractable-cable and robot-shaped versions are different buying decisions.

  1. Check the exact model’s one-, two- and three-device power table.
  2. Verify USB Power Delivery or other protocols required by your devices.
  3. Confirm plug type and whether an appropriate cable is included.
Questions before buying
Does every port provide 65W?

No. Power is shared, and port limits differ. Read the allocation table for the exact model.

Will every USB-C phone charge at its fastest rate?

No. The device, charger protocol and cable all need to support the intended rate.

Is the plug a travel adapter?

A regional charger plug does not imply interchangeable plugs or a universal travel kit. Check the listing’s included items.

Evidence limits

Worth Considering is a conditional editorial assessment of the use case described here. It is not a hands-on performance score or a best-in-category award. External tests concern their reviewers’ units and conditions; we have not verified long-term reliability, every regional revision or today’s delivered price.
